Refund Policy
Payments are not live yet. This policy explains the intended approach for future digital purchases, memberships and support requests.
Current Status
Stripe checkout is currently disabled and Colour Me Itinerary is not taking live payments through the site.
Future Digital Purchases
Digital journals may be accessible immediately after purchase once checkout is live. Refunds may be considered for accidental duplicate purchases, technical failure preventing access, or an incorrect charge.
Refunds may not usually be available simply because a user changes their mind after accessing digital content, or after substantial content has been used, downloaded or coloured.
Memberships
When memberships are added, users will be able to cancel future billing. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not automatically refund previous billing periods.

Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.
